Before your appointment:

We'll handle the verification too - When you schedule, we'll verify your benefits and call you with details before your appointment.
Bring your insurance card - Always bring your current insurance card to every appointment, even if nothing has changed.

PPO (Preferred Provider Organization):
More flexibility to choose your dentist
Can see out-of-network providers (at higher cost)
No referrals needed for specialists
Higher monthly premiums but lower out-of-pocket costs for treatments
HMO (Health Maintenance Organization):
Must choose a primary care dentist from the plan network
Referrals are typically required for specialist care
Lower monthly premiums
Often requires copays for services
We accept both types of plans and can help you understand your specific coverage.
