How do I sign up?
Signing up takes just a few minutes online, and anyone is accepted. Enroll through our Loyalty Plan signup page, call (844) 884-SAVE (7283), or ask our team at any Aurora location and we’ll get you started. Your savings begin the same day you join, so you can use your discount at your very next visit.
What does membership include?
Members receive routine exams and digital X-rays at no cost, one complimentary standard cleaning per year, and 30% off everything else, from fillings and crowns to dentures, implants, and specialty work. Your savings start the day you sign up.
How much does the plan cost?
An individual membership is $149 per year. Member Plus One is $249 per year, and a family plan covering up to four people is $399 per year. There’s also a one-time, nonrefundable $20 processing fee when you enroll.
Can I use the Loyalty Plan with my dental insurance?
No. The plan is built as an alternative for patients who don’t have dental insurance, so it can’t be combined with insurance coverage or third-party financing. If you do have insurance, our team will help you get the most out of those benefits instead.
